Kav publishes its prices. Three plans have a monthly price; Enterprise is a quote. The pricing page is the source of truth, and this article is a summary of it.

The plans

Plan Price Includes
Basic $150 a month Website widget and knowledge base; no integration modules and no Agent Desk; 800 conversations a month.
Starter $325 a month Up to 2 integration modules, 5 Agent Desk seats, 3,000 conversations a month.
Growth $750 a month Everything in Starter, one additional channel, 15 Agent Desk seats, 12,000 conversations a month.
Enterprise Custom quote Modules, channels, seats and volume sized to your organization.

What you add on top

  • Another channel: $148 a month each (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, SMS, voice).
  • Another integration module: a one-time integration project of $100 to $1,500 depending on the system, not another subscription.
  • Another Agent Desk seat: $20 a month.
  • Conversations beyond your monthly budget: $0.10 to $0.20 each, or move up a plan. Going over is an early warning, not a service cutoff.

Prices are in US dollars for reference; Israeli municipalities are billed in shekels.

Not sure which plan fits?

Every organization is set up by our team, and there is no self-service signup. Contact us with the systems you want to connect, the channels you use and roughly how many customers you serve, and a person will size a real quote. To test whether a plan pays for itself in your case, work out your break-even from these prices.

What the platform lets you control

Whatever plan you are on, several costs are visible and controlled inside the product:

  • You get what you license. Modules are switched on per organization through a licence grant. Without the grant, a module can't be enabled.
  • AI model spend has a hard ceiling. Each organization runs a cheaper model for routine work and a stronger one where it's needed, and a spending ceiling you set caps it.
  • Adding a language shows its cost first. Turning on a new language shows how many articles would need translating before you confirm.
