About Kav

Kav (קו — Hebrew for “line”) is the line between a customer's question and the right answer, read from the organization's own systems.

What Kav is

Kav is an AI assistant platform for organizations whose customers ask questions only their own systems can answer — a balance, a bill, a request status, an appointment. It verifies who is asking, reads the live answer from the organization's billing, CRM or scheduling system, and answers on the channels its customers already use.

General questions are answered from the organization's own website and documents, each answer with a link to its source. When a person is needed, the conversation moves to the organization's staff with its full context.

Why we built it

Kav started with Israeli municipalities. Residents ask about property tax, parking fines, school fees and service requests, and the chatbots available to their cities could only point them to a form.

We built a platform that knows who is asking, reads the real answer from the city's own systems and never guesses — then made it configurable without code, so any organization can connect its own systems in the same way.

How we build

Nothing above the capability layer reaches an organization's systems directly — every assistant answer, flow and rule goes through the same checked path, and every call is recorded.

Identity is never something the model or the person typing supplies. It is resolved on the server from a verified sign-in.

The model never authors a number. Amounts, dates and statuses reach the screen through a template filled from the organization's own system.

An unclear case fails closed. When Kav can't be sure, it says so and offers a person — it doesn't guess politely.

Who we are

Kav was founded in 2026 in Israel by Jonathan Anabi, its CEO. We build in Hebrew, Arabic and English from the first line, and to the Israeli accessibility standard 5568.
