What can Kav connect to? Illustrative integration and business-fit examples
Illustrative examples of what Kav can connect to: appointments, order status and customer records. Patterns, not a list of finished integrations.
All examples below are illustrative. They show the pattern, not a list of finished integrations. Which systems we connect is agreed per customer.
How a connection works
Kav reaches your systems only through defined capabilities, such as "look up an order" or "list available times." Each capability has a fixed input and output. The connection to your system is configured per customer, so a different vendor behind the same capability does not change how the assistant behaves.
Example 1: appointments
A service business connects its booking system. A customer picks a time in the website widget, WhatsApp or Telegram. The assistant shows a summary, asks for explicit confirmation, then books.
Example 2: order or case status
A retailer connects its order system. After the customer verifies who they are, the assistant looks up their own orders and shows status from the system through a fixed template.
Example 3: customer records
A clinic or agency connects its customer system. The assistant can check whether a contact exists and capture a new enquiry, then hand a complete summary to staff.
Safety on writes
A change to your system always needs an explicit confirmation turn and carries a duplicate-protection key. If the outcome is uncertain, the case goes to your team instead of being guessed.
Who it fits
Businesses with repeat questions about hours, prices, availability or status, and a system that holds the answer. If your questions need judgement, the assistant hands over to a person.
