Yes. You can connect your own system or API to Kav, even if it does something specific like financial analysis for a customer. We set the connection up together, our team and yours.

What if I have an API that does financial analysis for a customer, how does it connect to Kav?

Kav's assistant reaches your system through a connector and a defined capability, for example "show the customer's financial analysis". You decide what your system does and what the assistant answers customers from its result. The system itself stays with you.

A swagger or openapi file saves a lot of work, because it describes your API's operations. We go through it together and decide which operations to expose to the assistant.
