For businesses

Who are Kav's customers — and who is Kav for?

Kav is for businesses and organizations whose customers ask questions their own systems can answer — companies across industries, and municipalities too.

Kav is for any business or organization whose customers ask questions that its own systems could answer — if only someone were watching the chat around the clock. That takes in companies across many industries, and public bodies such as municipalities. It's one engine: only the connections, the content and the tone change from one organization to the next.

Who it fits

  • Utilities and telecoms — bills, meter readings, outages.
  • Healthcare providers and clinics — appointments, referral status, the next free slot.
  • Retail and e-commerce — order status, returns, stock.
  • Professional services — law firms, accountants and real-estate agencies: intake forms, case status, document requests.
  • Financial services — balances, transactions, statements.
  • Municipalities and local authorities — property-tax balances, payment links, permit applications.

Named customers

We publish a customer's name, logo, quote or figures only with its written consent. When a customer story is published, it appears on the Customers page. We don't list names on this page, and we don't put a logo on the site that we haven't been given permission to use.

How an organization starts
